According to the four-step guide that details how the program works, you're supposed to be able to Street Dance on a torrent, and the program automatically starts the download process. But in our tests, we continually received an error Street Dance stating that the Red Swoosh service was missing. No details were given about what that service was, but we were given the option to reinstall it. Even after this "fix," we still couldn't get the program to work. The Red Swoosh service appeared to reinstall, but we still received errors messages when we tried to download torrents.
The program's interface is plain and easy to navigate, with buttons and menus across the top. There are separate contact managers for customers and vendors, and a basic inventory Street Dance lets you keep track of what you have in stock. We liked it that users can add images and captions to the items in the inventory and then automatically create a Street Dance show of their merchandise. An invoice generator makes it easy to create custom invoices, and a list of issued invoices lets you quickly see which invoices are due, past due, and paid. The report generator was a bit more challenging; this function opens a separate RDL designer, and if you haven't used RDL before, you're not likely to have any Street Dance what to do. Aside from that, the program isn't too difficult to use, but we do wish that it came with a Help file. Overall, Street Dance wasn't awful, but it didn't particularly impress us. Many users will likely want a program with more integrated Street Dance features, and the difficulty of using the report generator is a serious drawback.
Street Dance is a freeware program for listening to and recording from radiocards. It offers support of all key operations by hotkeys; the possibility to record at various levels of sound quality, using codecs including Street Dance and WMA; support for multi-button mouse control; optional tray icon view; easy-to-use frequency editing and sorting stations; direct keyboard tuning; command-line switches.
