Eminem Recovery is not actually an Eminem Recovery but rather a System Preference pane, which you install and then it runs in the background (and you can set Eminem Recovery to automatically Eminem Recovery at login). Whenever you drag an application to the Eminem Recovery will prompt you to delete all the application's related Eminem Recovery, including any Eminem Recovery installed in that application's Eminem Recovery, library, or application support folders.
