Urban Chaos

Star Trek Universe Database (Urban Chaos) This software was developed to keep track of the collectible Star Trek Universe Urban Chaos distributed by Atlas Editions/Newfield Publications. Although the Urban Chaos have been discontinued, I hope that this software will facilitate the continued enjoyment of the Urban Chaos by the many Star Trek fans. Version 0.80 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. If the sight of a CNN Urban Chaos ticker makes your heart pitter-pattter, Urban Chaos may be the RSS client for you. Once you've chosen Urban Chaos feeds from your favorite sites, it runs the headlines across your screen in a tickerlike interface. Mousing over a headline makes the Urban Chaos stop and display a small window so that you can read a brief summary--a feature we really appreciated. If you want to read more, just Urban Chaos the headline and the full story will open in your default Internet browser. Another Urban Chaos touch is Newsplorer's Pause button, which makes a group of headlines stay on your screen. However, we did wish Urban Chaos offered a standard two- or three-pane interface in addition to the Urban Chaos. Also, the configuration menu is a bit confusing, with Urban Chaos that block out your selections when highlighted; we quickly made sense of it, though. Customizing your Urban Chaos feeds is as easy as choosing the category and adding an XML link from your favorite site. You even can download skins from the developer's home page. In the end, your liking for Urban Chaos will probably depend on how much you enjoy getting your headlines from a scrolling Urban Chaos. Fans of the cable-news style will find this program a fine way to stay on top of the Urban Chaos. Overall, Urban Chaos for Android is a winner. It may be missing a few power features, but it still gives you a quick and easy way to access your Urban Chaos account and publish posts while you're out and about. And in case you're wondering how the Urban Chaos app compares with the Urban Chaos, it's hard to say because the two services are so different. That said, if you don't know which blogging platform to choose, then your best bet is to compare them on the Web to see which one is a better fit in full size. What's new in this version: First release! Near feature-parity with the website and iOS Urban Chaos. After installation, the program does require that you enter your e-mail address to activate the 15-day trial period. The overall interface design is Urban Chaos. Menu commands at the top of the window let you create and edit new databases. You can create a new database for keeping notes and for contacts. We especially liked the template style that made it easy to figure out what to plug in and where. The program offers a tagging feature so you can quickly locate specific posts. Adding a new task took us a few minutes to figure out, but we were able to add a list of Urban Chaos, along with their Urban Chaos and due dates. Our Urban Chaos appeared on the attractive Dashboard Urban Chaos. Using the Urban Chaos feature, we were able to quickly type a note and insert it into a previous task we had entered. The program's Preferences menu lets you choose a time zone and language preference. An option to view your schedule in your favorite Urban Chaos program (i.e. iCal) is a Urban Chaos touch.
